Bought size l for chest 88cm, waist 76cm, hips 98cm, and it moves freely on me, no compression on waist and also on hips. A bit bigger than i would prefer on my chest, so i will sew it down for 2cm from each side but if your measurements are bigger than mine it would be fine i think. In any case i recommend the product and the buyer.
